Payment: Payment is due upfront. Work begins once payment has been received.Agreement: Payment confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.Revisions: A sketch is provided for pose approval, with up to two revisions. Once approved, the pose cannot be changed. Updates are provided throughout the process for minor adjustments, with a final update before completion. Color and small detail changes are included; other major changes may cost extra.Completion: Commissions are usually completed within a few days to 4 weeks, depending on the queue and complexity. Significant delays will be communicated.References: Please provide relevant references with your enquiry and ensure you have permission to use them. AI-generated images are not accepted as references.Copyright & Usage: All artwork remains copyrighted to MECHAROAR and is for PRIVATE USE ONLY. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or merchandise requires a separate written agreement and fee.Artist Rights: I may use finished artwork for my portfolio, social media, advertising, merchandise, galleries, and other promotional purposes.Commissioner Rights: You may post finished artwork on your own platforms with proper credit to MECHAROAR.Unpublished Work: WIPs or artwork marked as unpublished may not be shared, published, sold, or exchanged with third parties without permission.Refunds & Cancellation: Refunds are based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Stages are not divided equally, as some require significantly more work than others. Completed work is non-refundable. If I cancel the commission, you’ll be refunded for any unfinished work.
